Don Lemon is Going Conservative?

If you know much about former CNN anchor Don Lemon, it’s likely that he’s about as liberal as they come. And yet, according to him, he’s “cut the cord” of establishment media and is now entertaining very conservative outlets.

In recent comments to Puck, Lemon seemed to indicate that his time out of the establishment has led him to a much more “extensive, eclectic streaming palate now.” And apparently, it’s much less focused on the liberal ideas he used to promote.

According to Lemon, his new favorites are the “PBD Podcast” by Patrick Bet-David and “The Ben Shapiro Show.” Lemon describes the former as “very conservative.” As for Shapiro’s show, Lemon says he wants to “hear his take on Israel.”

Additionally, the CNN has-been also watches Fox Nation’s “Piers Morgan Uncensored,” in which he appreciates the “very real, authentic conversations you don’t get in corporate media.”

Indeed, if one were to believe such, you could imagine Lemon changing sides, right?

But is that actually the case? Or, as is more likely, is Lemon just angling for a new job somewhere he needs to be less progressive?

You probably remember that Lemon was essentially fired from CNN (quite abruptly, according to him) for doing things like calling GOP presidential candidate Nikki Haley “past her prime” and engaging in an on-air argument with another Republican hopeful, Vivek Ramaswamy.

Then, of course, are the rumors that he acted like a diva off-air, expecting the best treatment from everyone and even making comments about how his co-hosts weren’t nearly as good as he was. There were also a few gender slurs aimed at his female co-workers.

Needless to say, it’s no surprise to anyone but Lemon that he was fired.

This is also the same man who seemed to hold everything on the conservative side of the aisle at arm’s length and treat it like it was the devil’s work.

But now we are supposed to believe he’s changed? Yeah, I’d say he’s just looking to be let back into the big leagues.
