Sen. Warren Given Lesson in Math After Crying About ‘Minority’ Blocking Their Way

May 11th unofficially turned into ‘Mock Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) day’ across social media platforms because of her claims a bill to codify abortion was the result of a minority ruling the majority. Her gaffe drew the attention of people across the globe, with many mocking her inability to do simple math.

The Senate failed the vote with Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) joining the Republican voters for a 51-49 total. He went on to claim that he could not support the bill as it went beyond simply codifying abortion into federal law but would instead overturn hundreds of state laws. For Democrats like Sen. Warren and President Biden, Sen. Manchin has been a horrific thorn in their sides. His refusal to play party politics has left many with a bad taste in their mouths.

Following the defeat of her bill, Sen. Warren decried that the Senate filibuster must be eliminated, because it demonstrated voter-minority rule. “I believe in democracy, and I don’t believe the minority should have the ability to block things that the majority want to do. That’s not in the Constitution. What we’re talking about right now are the individual rights and liberties of half the population of the United States of America. I think that’s enough to say, ‘It’s time to get rid of the filibuster.'” She also went on to “make it clear” that Republicans “are coming after everybody.”

The problem is, that Republicans aren’t coming after everybody. They are instead coming after you. Much the same you and your group of leftist nutjobs have come after them. Much like the rest of the crazed-leftist camp she comes from, they just don’t understand the basics of politics, yet they are crying incessantly and claiming they are being mistreated. First off, this was not a defeat by filibuster. Racking up only 49 votes, the bill couldn’t achieve the 60-vote cloture threshold, this defeating it without a full-floor vote.

While the comments flowing in were absolute gold, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) quite possibly said it best. “Um, a bipartisan MAJORITY of the Senate just voted down the Dems’ radical abortion bill. 51 is greater than 49, even using Harvard math. You don’t get to call the losing side the majority just because you agree with it.” As much Sen. Warren might enjoy the idea of blaming everyone else, it truly is on her for trying to push the liberal agenda with no bipartisan support. The ideas she wants to see pushed through are nothing less than criminal and poorly thought out.

Between poor math skills, the inability to comprehend the concept of the sexes being truly different, and the overwhelming desire to change the entire way the US works, Sen Warren and the rest of her group have alienated themselves. The liberals serve their interest groups in the same way the groups act towards the rest of the US; by making allegations of discrimination as soon as things don’t go their way. What they fail to understand is how this seemingly simple action destroys any respect people may have for them.

Every time someone makes fun of Sen. Warren for her poorly thought-out ideas the better life becomes. She has no business being well-established or respected in politics, so seeing her getting knocked down a peg or three is one of the simple joys in life. Much like any other time you get to see the realities of life slap a liberal across the mouth, it might feel a bit wrong laughing because of the timing, but damn if it doesn’t feel just a little bit good.
