After losing the 2024 election badly, disgruntled Democrats are now willing to do just about anything to try to stop Donald Trump’s future success. Most people understand that the economy will start to improve immediately under Trump’s course corrections. Angry Democrats have decided they’re going to try to tank the economy out of spite. Fortunately, they don’t seem to understand what an economy is or how it functions.

Here is their goofy plan in a nutshell.

Step one. Buy four years’ worth of supplies between now and inauguration day on January 20th.

Step two. Don’t buy anything again until after President Trump leaves office.

In case it needs to be said, this would not tank the US economy. Even if it were possible to buy four years’ worth of supplies in the next two months, no one has that kind of savings left after four years of suffering through Joe Biden’s economy.

Plus, these angry and disillusioned leftists will still have to pay rent or their mortgage, monthly utility bills, car payments, groceries, and other necessities. You know, the stuff that keeps the economy running.

It’s also impossible to anticipate all the things you will need to buy for the next four years. What if their computer breaks down? Or their refrigerator? What if their socks wear out? Are they really going to wait five years before upgrading their smartphones again? How do they actually plan not to buy anything for the next four years?

And here’s one last hilarious thing to point out. If they all go on a big spending spree right now, it will show up on the next fiscal quarter’s results, which President Donald Trump will get credit for. Good luck tanking the economy, guys!
