Racism is something that exists in the country. Most of it, however, is created by the liberals so that they can create division across the United States.
Many claim that white people are racist against Blacks. That’s not always the case. In many instances, racism is occurring toward white people in an effort to create equality – and that’s just not the way that the world works.
There’s no greater example of racism in the United States than what is happening at one school in New York City.
Four white teachers at the High School for Law and Public Service were given excess notices by Principal Paula Lev last year. The New York Post revealed that a school insider explained that “Many more teachers have voiced that they plan to leave, and they feel demoralized.”
So, what is going on?
The school has decided to terminate multiple white teachers.
A former employee made a complaint to the New York City Department of Education that Principal Lev said she had plans to “get rid of all these white teachers that aren’t doing anything for the kids of our community.”
That’s racism. People cannot be fired due to the color of their skin. It’s covered within the Equal Employment Opportunity that regardless of race or color, a person cannot be discriminated against regarding any aspect of employment.
If you listen to the left side of the political line long enough, you’ll believe that the only ones facing racist employment activities are those with a dark complexion. That’s not true – white people, too, can face racism. Though, don’t say that too loud as it tends to be a trigger for the liberals.
Enough is enough, and the students are tired of the principal’s antics. They have seen too much fighting and too many experienced and qualified teachers disappear from the halls.
As such, Angel Dilawar, an incoming senior at the school has chosen to start a petition. The petition reads that the student body has “had enough and cannot bear to witness the utter disorganization and insanity at our school.”
The petition goes on to explain that many of the staff members that were experienced and qualified were excessed. Meanwhile, new teachers are underqualified.
The students claim that the new teachers’ lack of knowledge has affected their learning. Some being hired even require student assistance, which is not an acceptable solution. Students shouldn’t have to assist teachers – it should be the other way around.
Students at the school have been discouraged and even prohibited from expressing their opinions and standing up to the faculty. They are expected to sit back and watch how the principal acts in a racist way, disrupting the learning process simply so that she can prove a point.
Equality is great. However, achieving the desired quota doesn’t mean firing white people who are qualified for the sole ability to hire unqualified people of color. That doesn’t make sense, especially in a school where students are dependent on a positive learning environment.
When the Daily Caller asked for a response from Lev, she responded that there are “many ways my students are involved in the decision-making process.”
Lev sounds like she’s in full denial of what’s going on. The petition is proof that the students don’t feel involved and have taken to defend their education in the best way that they know how.
