Musk Suggests a New Law – One That Would Make a 2024 Biden Run Illegal

If you hadn’t realized, billionaire Elon Musk has come a long way in a relatively short amount of time. Once thought to be in the same liberal category as those like Jeff Bezos and even Bill Gates – you know, filthy rich, too smart for his own good, and staunchly progressive, he has now branched off into one of his own.

I mean, this guy even owns America’s most profitable and well-known electric vehicle company, as well as his own space exploration team. How much more liberal could you get, right?

And yet, as of late, he’s proven himself to be anything but.

In particular, his run on Twitter and their so-called censorship of the political right come to mind. In addition, Musk has backed a number of far more conservative leaders and agenda items. He even moved his company’s headquarters from the very blue state of California to the big, red Lone Star State.

But don’t let that fool you into thinking he’s gone so far to the right that he’s willing to hitch a ride on the Trump train.

No, sir.

In fact, he made it quite clear this week that he doesn’t think former President Donald Trump should run for office again. But part of his reasoning also means Biden shouldn’t run either…

The discussion began on Monday, shortly after Trump called Musk a “bull**** artist.” Naturally, Musk didn’t take too kindly to that and responded on Twitter by saying that while he doesn’t “hate the man,” he does think it’s time for “Trump to hang up his hat & sail into the sunset.”

Now, as Musk has made a point of going conservative in recent years, right-leaning talk show host Joe “Pags” Pagliarulo called him out and asked him more about his thoughts. In particular, the talk show host pointed to a number of good things that Trump did for this nation, insinuating that Musk liked those.

But as Musk pointed out, it was all done with “too much drama.” He wrote, “Do we really want a bull in a china shop situation every single day!? Also, I think the legal maximum age for the start of the Presidential term should be 69.”

Now, your opinions on Trump himself aside, Musk does have quite a good point here.

I mean, here we are, in just about the worst shape our nation, borders, economy, military, etc., have ever been in. And most of it didn’t start really deteriorating until a certain now-79-year-old took over the Oval Office.

Sure, we can say that some of the problems are because of Biden and his administration’s loyalty to the political left and their progressive agenda. But Obama also had those same loyalty ties and some very similar ideas on how the country should be run. And yet, the nation didn’t go to hell in a handbasket under his watch.

This would lead many to believe that Biden’s age is certainly a factor in where we have gone wrong.

Not only is he officially the oldest ever sitting president, but, as a result, he also has one of the lowest approval ratings ever, even below the supposedly hated Donald Trump…

Even the very left-leaning Michelle Goldberg of The New York Times admits that Biden’s age is reason #1 as to why he shouldn’t run again. In a piece also written on Monday, Goldberg noted that age had been an issue for Biden even since he first talked about running for the presidency in 2020. In fact, at the time, she and many others considered it reason enough that he either shouldn’t run at all or wouldn’t have any real chance at winning.

As she says, “the presidency ages even young men, and Biden is far from young; a country in as much trouble as ours needs a leader vigorous enough to inspire confidence.” And Biden clearly can’t do that when he’s forgetting where he is, falling off his bicycle, or can’t even remember who the president is.

No wonder our nation is, as Goldberg puts it, “in trouble.” These are the ramifications of putting a senile man at the helm of a very large ship during a torrential storm.

Musk might be on to something, indeed, with an age limit, even if it means not allowing Trump into office again…
