Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a strong supporter of punishing every person that supports the right of every baby to be born. Her latest attempt at terrorizing people focuses on the Supreme Court Justices that believe abortion is not a constitutional right. The Roe v. Wade court case of 1973 was nothing more than a liberal farce forced into law by cowardly people seeking to murder innocent children.
Newsbreak reported, “Following the overturn of Roe v. Wade, Sens. Susan Collins and Joe Manchin said they felt misled by Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch during their individual confirmation hearings. The two senators, both pro-choice, voted to confirm Kavanaugh and Gorsuch because they assured them that they believed Roe v. Wade, the 1973 landmark Supreme Court decision that made abortion a constitutional right nationwide, was law.”
The two moderates that have made a name for themselves standing up against Joe Biden’s attempts to socialize America believe that the Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch lied about their beliefs regarding the 1973 court case. And AOC believes both the Justices should be impeached for voting to strike down Roe v Wade.
AOC stated, “If we allow Supreme Court nominees to lie under oath and secure lifetime appointments to the highest court of the land and then issue, without basis, we must see that through. There must be consequences for such a deeply destabilizing action and a hostile takeover of our democratic institutions.”
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez believes that the Justices should be punished for ruling constitutionally. The Democratic Party hates the Constitution because they believe it keeps them from overrunning the country with their liberal ideas.
Roe v Wade allowed liberals to murder millions of unborn children. The ruling to overturn the court case stops the legalized killing of children. It allows for the states to make up their minds when it comes to the matter of abortion.
The AOC fails to see that the federal government does not have the power to dictate what sovereign states can and cannot do with their laws. The people have the right to elect officials to represent them in government. But the liberals think that the national ranking members of the Democratic Party have the right to dictate rule over all the people.
AOC wants to take the Justices and make an example by impeaching them. She has come to believe that the court is no longer acting as it should. She believes that it should rule along with the beliefs of her beloved socialist party. She has no regard for the Constitution or that it stands for freedom for every person, including the unborn.
The wacky progressive believes that elected officials are the most influential people in the country. She has lost the knowledge that the elected officials are mere people’s servants and must do what they demand. But she has lost sight of that fact and thinks she is the queen of her district.
The Supreme Court overturned a court case that seized power from the states. They returned the power to where it belongs. The very elected officials that AOC talks about are to be the ones that debate and decide the will of the people that they are supposed to represent. She is not to be the one that dictates everything and performs actions that are not hers.
The Supreme Court Justices did their job and overturned a significant sticking point in the life of America. The Justices did not tell any lies that AOC insisted that they told to Congress before they were confirmed.
They were asked hypothetical questions about how they would decide on particular cases. But when the facts were presented, they did not align with what they thought was a hypothetical answer and the facts determined that they ruled in a way unfavorable to AOC.
The ruling has nothing to do with reproductive healthcare. It has to do with the right of all humans having the right to live no matter what stage of development they are in.
